How do I know what size bicycle I need?

after the customer has determined the style bike they want, sizing is the next important step. outfitting your customer correctly will aid in the long term enjoyment of the product supplied by you and your store. a bike that is to small can lead very inefficient body positioning resulting in poor body mechanics. the rider will be using more energy and input than what would normally be required if they were on proper fitting equipment. if a bike is too large it can be hard to maneuver and negotiate terrain putting the rider’s safety at risk.

the rider will have a great experience on equipment that is specifically
fitted to their needs.

bike frames are sized differently depending on what style of
bike you are working with.

• road bikes are measured in centimeters(cm) the iron horse scale is 43cm
to 57 cm. this scale is an untraditional method of sizing. to properly equate
the riders size based on traditional scales use the top tube length to
determine the size.

• mountain bikes are measured in (inch), the iron horse scale is 15” to 23”.
some models will follow a half size scale i.e... 17.5

How do I submit a warranty claim on my bicycle?

All warranty claims should be submitted through the dealer where the bike was purchased. The dealer will inspect the bike and contact us for parts if the warranty is still in effect.

I broke my derailleur hanger. How can I get a replacement?

A: You can purchase a replacement derailleur hanger at your local bicycle dealer or online at http://www.derailleurhanger.com/.

Can I purchase touch-up paint from you for my frame?

We do not have touch-up paint available. The paint used on bikes does not work well in a brush on application. Please look for enamel-based model paint such as the brand Testors. They carry a wide array of colors and would be your best option.
